He also represented many individuals in the purchase and lease of their properties and in real estate inheritance matters in both simple and highly complex cases.

As an attorney for the mobile phone company Wind, he was involved for almost 20 years in the leasing and purchase of hundreds of properties for the company’s stores and its stations installation. As part of this partnership for properties leased or purchased by the company, our real estate attorneys performed hundreds of title checks for the lease and purchase of properties, resolving difficult ownership and inheritance disputes as well as disputes arising from the formation and regulation of apartment buildings, carried out correction actions in the Land Registry, advised on tax planning for real estate exploitation and attended hundreds of times in the courts from the Court of First Instance to the Supreme Court for the resolution of real estate cases.
